Ensure your Avaya IVR environment is always in compliance with INI’s Platform Patch Management service.
Customers with an existing INI Protection Plan can further mitigate risk by adding supplementary Platform Patch Management (PPM) coverage. As part of our PPM service, INI will:
- Inventory covered assets, including current operating system and software versions
- Evaluate available software updates and patches
- Make recommendations as to risk and priority of patches/updates
- Assist with backup of existing server environment
- Install patches/updates to test, production, and/or disaster recovery sites
- Perform patch rollout services after normal business hours
The above PPM services can be performed on a monthly, quarterly, or semi-annual basis.

INI’s Platform Patch Management service is available for all servers within the Avaya IVR ecosystem, including:
- INI Application Environment
- Avaya Experience Portal
- Avaya contact center products such as POM, CBA, etc.
